3. Sitting gait

  • Sit with your back straight
  • Lift one knee, then the other (as if marching)
  • Do it slowly, without momentum.

Duration:  60 seconds

2. Leg extension with foot movement

  • Stretch one leg forward
  • Point your toes (outwards)
  • Then bring them towards you
  • Lower slowly

Repetitions:  10 per leg
