3. Sitting gait
- Sit with your back straight
- Lift one knee, then the other (as if marching)
- Do it slowly, without momentum.
Duration: 60 seconds
Benefit: activates circulation in the thighs
2. Leg extension with foot movement
- Stretch one leg forward
- Point your toes (outwards)
- Then bring them towards you
- Lower slowly
Repetitions: 10 per leg
Benefit: Activates circulation from the ankle to the thigh
