We have a solution for blood pressure, back pain, and arthritis! We’ll show you:

For blood pressure problems, the areas on the back of the hand, located in the depressions between the metacarpal bones, are the most common. During the treatment, these areas are gently grasped with the thumb and forefinger of the other hand and then massaged with gentle, smoothing movements between the fingers. This series of movements is performed 15–30 times on both hands and can be repeated several times a day.

Hand massage is also used to relieve various pain conditions. For back pain, the areas corresponding to the spine are massaged, while for headaches, the fingertips and thumb play a significant role. The area associated with the brain is located at the tip of the thumb, while the other fingertips correspond to different parts of the head. Regular stimulation of these areas can improve blood circulation to the head and help relieve tension. This method is also used by many people with difficulty concentrating or anxiety, as the circular, kneading movements can have a simultaneously relaxing and stimulating effect.
