Ingredients
- 1 liter of water
- A handful of fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons of dried parsley)
- Optional: the juice of half a lemon
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation
- Heat 1 liter of water until it boils.
- Chop fresh parsley if necessary, then add it to the boiling water. If using dried parsley, stir it in directly.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the heat.
- Strain the mixture to remove the parsley leaves.
- Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
- Enjoy a cup in the morning and another in the evening.
