Parsley tea: a natural remedy for swollen legs

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • A handful of fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons of dried parsley)
  • Optional: the juice of half a lemon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until it boils.
  2. Chop fresh parsley if necessary, then add it to the boiling water. If using dried parsley, stir it in directly.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the heat.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove the parsley leaves.
  5. Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
  6. Enjoy a cup in the morning and another in the evening.

The preparation is quick and requires only a few easy-to-find ingredients. Lemon adds a touch of freshness, while honey naturally sweetens the drink’s flavor.
