2. Oil Pulling — Traditional Mouth Cleaning
Oil rinsing is an ancient oral health practice rooted in Ayurvedic tradition. The idea is to « clean » the battery and remove any residue in the boiler with oil, either coconut oil or another oil , for several minutes. Coconut oil contains lauric acid, known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
How to oil pull:
-
Pour 1 cup of coconut oil into a bowl.
-
Gently brush over the tooth and gum for 10-20 minutes .
-
Spit the oil into a trash can (not the sink).
-
Clean the pot and wash it normally.
Prefer to consume first thing in the morning when you eat.
3. Rinse with apple cider vinegar (with caution)
If you use acid vinegar correctly, if it affects the battery and the plate, it is necessary to dilute it first to avoid damaging the enamel of the gods.
Recipe:
-
1 melon cover
-
1 cup of water
Cook with the solution for about 1 minute , then cool with plain water and spray.
Important: Do not use this product daily: excessive use may make the situation worse.
