Peel the garlic cloves and lightly crush them.
Heat the oil over low heat for about 5–10 minutes, then add the garlic. Gently sauté the garlic (do NOT fry!) until lightly golden brown.
Remove the oil from the heat and let it cool.
Strain the oil through a sieve and store it in a clean glass container.
Once it has reached skin temperature, use a clean dropper to put 1–2 drops into the affected ear.
Tilt your head for 5–10 minutes, then wipe off any excess oil.
Use this once or twice a day for up to 3 days.
Method 2: Warm garlic compress (without oil)
