How do you prepare tea?

To prepare hibiscus water you only need:

4 cups of water + 3 cups of cold water,
1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers,
1/2 cup sugar + to taste,
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Preparation:

-Use a non-staining pot, as the flowers will stain anything they come into contact with.
-Boil 4 cups of water, then remove from the heat and add the dried flowers and sugar.
-Cover the pot and let it steep for ten minutes, stirring once or twice to break up the sugar granules.
-Strain the infusion into a pitcher or container.
-Add 3 cups of cold water and sugar to taste.
-Let it cool completely and serve over ice in glasses garnished with a lemon slice.
