Baking soda burns fat from your waist, arms, and legs

  • It’s an exfoliant for face and body . You just need to mix 3/4 baking soda and 1/4 water. Gently rub it on your face or body in circular motions, then rinse.
  • It’s a natural deodorant . Mix a pinch of baking soda with a few drops of water and apply directly to your underarms.
