First and foremost, it’s important to emphasize that no one should isolate themselves. Loneliness is one of the factors that contribute to Alzheimer’s, which is why it’s essential for the patient to go out, visit tourist sites, talk to many people, and create memories. Then, when you get home and go to sleep, before closing your eyes, try to recall everything you did during the day. It doesn’t matter if they seem insignificant; try to remember them in order, from when you woke up until you got home.
You can even write down each memory in a notebook and turn it into a kind of diary where you can keep and reread the things you have done since the beginning of your personal story.
Another thing you can do that will be very helpful is to start using games that require mental agility, for example, chess, sudoku, cards, casino games, etc.
There are some really good online games that speed up brain activity, provide you with the information you need to boost your intellect, and keep you busy and entertained for as long as you want or have available.
Try to eat right and exercise
